TERMS FOR REAL ESTATE: $25,000. Deposit at time and place of sale is required to bid (unsuccessful bidders’ deposits to be returned immediately following the sale), balance due at closing within 45 days. A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the high bid to become the total purchase price. Auction subject to all Terms of Sale and the high bid is subject to Confirmation by the Executor of the Estate.
