The furnishings will be sold beginning at 10:00 a.m. with the real estate being sold at 11:00 a.m.
38 Varney Lane is a private drive off Route 103 (Main Street) in Eliot, the right of way leads to an open 5 acre lot with 220± ft. of direct frontage on the Piscataqua River. The property is improved with a split-level home built in 1956 offering 2,621 sq. ft. of living area in 8 rooms with 3 bedrooms. In addition, there is a legal one bedroom apartment in the lower level. There is also a 5 car garage.
This most unusual 5± acre lot, in the village district zone, has an open field that gently slopes to the river front, and was once used as a personal golf course. There are remnants of the dock, piers, and stairs, in addition to a launching ramp leading to the Piscataqua River with ocean access. This property is just 2 minutes from Exit 1 on Route 95.
