Terms:  The Real Estate will be offered at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 12th.  A $25,000 cashier's check is required to register to bid, and will be refundable to unsuccessful bidders.  The successful bidder must increase their deposit to a total of 10% of the purchase price at the time and place of auction by way of a personal check. A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the bid price to become the total Purchase Price. The Personal Representative of the Estate has the right to accept or reject the high bid.
