Property A: 523-527 West River Road, Hooksett is an 87±-acre site currently operating as a sand and gravel pit with frontage on Route 3A behind the I93 travel center. The property is in the industrial zone and abuts the Boston and Maine Railroad line. Improvements include a 9,720± sq.ft. service facility and scale house with 80’ scale. Tax Map 1, Lots 2-1, 2-2, 2-3 & 2-4.
Deposit to Bid: $50,000.
Inspection: One hour prior to auction.

For Property A: $50,000 deposit by certified check payable to Craig, Deachman & Associates, PLLC. Successful bidder to increase deposit to a total of 10% of the bid price within 48 hours of the auction. Balance due at closing within thirty (30) days of sale.
