This property consists of three parcels of land with 265’ +/- frontage on Broadway (Route 113), and 220’ +/- on Loon Hill Road in the Central part of Dracut and totals 46.49 +/- acres. The property was previously planned for a 278-unit multi-family project, and more recently, a proposed 300-unit mixed-use project called Broadway Villages was presented to the town for consideration. The property is zoned “Industrial 1 District” and includes public utilities at the street.
The site is within 5 miles of Interstates 93 and 495.
