Directions: Located off Route 155 (Knox Marsh Road & Lilac Lane) in the New Meadows and Lilac Lane Condominiums. From Route 16 (Spaulding Turnpike) take Exit 8W to Route 155. Follow Route 155 for ½ mile to the entrance to The New Meadows.
Terms: $2,500. Deposit per unit in cash, certified check or bank check at time and place of sale; balance due at closing within 45 days. A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the high bid price to become the total purchase price. Subject to all terms of sale.
