Paul McInnis, LLC has been retained to sell the assets of Rand Lumber Co., Inc. Rand Lumber was founded in 1905 and has been in continuous operation until December 2012. The lumber yard, mill and retail operation are situated in the center of Rye, New Hampshire, at 511 Wallis Road on a 90± acre parcel. Offers for the entirety to include the real estate and the lumber business assets, as well as offers for the real estate separately are invited.
Offers Due: Wednesday, January 30, 2013 by 5:00 p.m. EST. All prospective buyers will be required to review and acknowledge the Terms of Sale contained within the Property Information Package.
Property Tours & Inspections: Will be offered weekdays January 7 through January 11 and January 14 through January 18 by appointment with Paul McInnis, LLC
