Location: Crystal Lake Golf Club, 940 North Broadway, Haverhill, MA
To include all the Real Property and FF&E of Crystal Lake Golf Club. The course is situated on 125 +/- acres with a Geoffrey Cornish 18-hole, par 71, 6,180 yard layout, built in 1963. It is a daily fee course and has a temporary clubhouse housing the pro-shop and food service. All equipment, furniture and fixtures are included with the sale. The course was operational during the 2017 season through November 19th.
The property is well located and convenient to the center of Haverhill and Interstate 495.
Course Condition: The photos posted with the hole numbers were taken on or about October 12th, 2017.
Terms: A deposit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the purchase price, payable as follows:
$50,000 deposit in the form of a certified check or bank treasurer's check will be required to be delivered at or before the time the bid is offered, and the balance of such deposit in the form of a certified check or bank treasurer's check will be required to be delivered within three business days of the close of the bidding. Balance of purchase price due at closing within 45 days. Sale is a Mortgagee’s and Secured Party’s Sale, and is subject to all terms of sale.
