Paul McInnis, LLC conducts on-site auctions for estate settlement and fine collections throughout New England. These traditional auctions are still the first choice among executors of estates and collectors of all types. Quite often we offer the real estate at auction as well. Today, however, we are able to enhance the traditional method by incorporating new online technologies.
Empowering the bidder at an auction. Empowering the Internet user. Buyers want to feel in control of their purchase decisions. Auctions and the Internet allow them to do just that. It’s no wonder that the two work well together.
At Paul McInnis, LLC we use the latest technology to our advantage and, more importantly, to achieve the maximum returns for our clients. For very little expense the progressive auctioneer can reach out to literally millions of prospective Buyers by way of the internet. It provides exposure for every collectible imaginable and allows bids to come from all over the world. The end result is the Seller experiences more competition, which drives the selling price higher.
