Paul began his career right out of high school in 1973 and became a licensed auctioneer in the State of New Hampshire in 1976 and incorporated in 1978. His auction company quickly became well known for the sale of estates and important antiques conducting auctions throughout northern New England. Soon after he developed the niche for selling Real Property at auction and it was not long before those services were well know and recognized as well. Paul was fortunate to be a part of the third year class of the Certified Auctioneers Institute, now known as the Auction Marketing Institute. Paul currently holds the longest active Auctioneers License in the State of New Hampshire and has held his Real Estate license since 1983.
His career has given him the privilege of being entrusted with the sale of all types of Real and Personal Property Assets at auction and as listing Broker in addition to hundreds of appraisals. His professionalism and integrity are his benchmark for securing repeat and referral basis again and again.
Over the last 40 years Paul has donated his services to conduct Benefit auctions for many different organizations. Paul and his wife Priscilla raised three children and reside in North Hampton, NH.

Justin began his professional career with CB Richard Ellis Real Estate as a licensed Commercial Real Estate Agent prior to joining Paul McInnis, Inc in 2008. At that time, Justin found a passion for the auction method of marketing and selling real estate. After graduating from the World Wide College of Auctioneering he went on to acquire multiple real estate Broker level and Auctioneer licenses and has since sold hundreds of properties in New Hampshire and Maine.
To best serve his clients Justin extensively evaluates each property to determine viability and potential for success before including them in the auction process. Justin conducts an analysis of each property, whether it is an investment analysis for a commercial property, or a sales comparison in the case of a residence. He then goes to work compiling due diligence material in order to best present a property to the market. To find the right buyers Justin will put together an extensive marketing plan which will project the upcoming sale to the widest yet most appropriate markets. To round out the process, Justin will coordinate the upcoming sale whether it is on-site or online, bringing buyers together to compete. Once a property has been sold, Justin will continue to work on behalf of the seller and oversee the transaction to its conclusion.
Justin enjoys working with property owners and financial and municipal institutions to help them achieve desired results for the sale of real property through auction. After many sales throughout New Hampshire and Maine Justin has gained a great deal of knowledge for all property types and how best to sell them.
Priscilla has worked in the auction business with Paul throughout most of their marriage. She has a background in accounting and handles the advertising and bookkeeping for the office and fills in wherever needed. Priscilla is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the States of New Hampshire and Maine.
