Paul McInnis LLC has been commissioned to sell the Estate of William A. Lund of Ossipee, NH by way of online auction.

Firearms: Nearly 100 firearms (complete list online) by following makers: Winchester, Ruger, Savage, Smith and Wesson, Taurus, IntraTec, Beretta, Thompson Center Arms,  Browning, Mossberg, Springfield, Colt, Walther, Vector Arms, Luger Stoeger, Mauser-Werke, Bersa, Imez, Para, Rock Island, General Motors, Henry Repeating Arms, Hembrug, Husqvarna Vapenfabirk, Sears, Fox Sterlingworth, Marlin, J.C. Higgins, SKS Yugo, RE Terni, Golden State Arms, Israel Arms, Plainfield Machine, Hi-Point, Numrich Arms, and US Springfield.

Special Item: Circa 1939 Yankees Signed Baseball with about 24 signatures including Joe DiMaggio.

ONLINE REGISTRATION – Online registration requires a bidder to place a credit card on file.

VENUE – This auction is being conducted by way of an online-only, timed auction event to begin on May 28th, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. EST. Bidding will begin to close on Wednesday, June 8th, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. EST.

INSPECTION - Saturday, June 4^th 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. and Tuesday, June 7^th from 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on location at 15 Gile Road, Ossipee, NH.

BUYER’S PREMIUM – 20% (Twenty percent) buyer’s premium added to the high bid price to become the total purchase price.

REMOVAL OF PROPERTY (other than Firearms) – None of the property may be removed from the premises until the total purchase price has been paid.  All purchases must be picked up on Thursday, June 9th and Friday, June 10th between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. There are no exceptions to this removal date. The auction company assumes no responsibility for acts or omissions for such handling including, but not limited to, theft, loss, damage, or any transportation, whether at the direction of the buyer or PMLLC.  Buyer shall be solely responsible for loading, shipping, or transportation of the buyer’s purchases at buyer’s sole expense.

REMOVAL OF FIREARMS: After paying the Auction Company, on location at 15 Gile Road, Ossipee, NH during the pickup dates of Thursday, June 9th and Friday, June 10th between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., all firearm purchasers will be required to pick up their purchases, at the SiroTac firearms shop at 925 Route 16 Building #3 Ossipee, NH. All purchasers will be required to pay a fee of $25.00 per firearm to SiroTac for the transfer. The shop is open daily 10:00am-5:00pm and is located less than 1 mile from the Auction pick up site. You must have a paid receipt from the Auctioneer to pick up your firearms. Out of state Purchasers will have to have their handguns shipped to an FFL in their state and pay the cost of shipping and any further transfer fees.
